    jdwatch is a job information aggregation platform that collects and displays job postings from multiple recruitment sources. The Service provides users with:

    • Direct links to original job postings on third-party recruitment websites

    The Service aggregates publicly available job information and presents it in a unified interface for user convenience.

    3. User Accounts and Registration

    Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

    Third-Party Data: The job postings displayed on the Service are collected from third-party recruitment platforms and websites. We do not create, control, or verify the accuracy of this information.

    No Warranty: We make no representations or warranties regarding:

    • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job postings
    • Whether job postings are still available or have been filled
    • The accuracy of job descriptions, requirements, or company information
    • The availability of positions or the hiring practices of employers

    User Responsibility: You acknowledge that job information may be outdated, inaccurate, or no longer available. You should verify all information directly with the employer or original recruitment platform before making any decisions based on the information provided through the Service.

    We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service, including but not limited to applying for positions, relocating, or making career decisions.

    License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

    • Resell or commercially use the Service or its content
    • Collect or use job postings or other content for commercial purposes
    • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service

    7. Service Availability and Interruptions

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

    • The Service will be available at all times or without interruption
    • The Service will be error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components
    • Job postings will be updated in real-time or at any specific frequency
    • All job postings from all sources will be available through the Service

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

    9. Pricing and Payment

    Current Pricing: The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other pricing models in the future.

    Future Changes: If we introduce paid features or subscriptions:

    • We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes
    • Existing free features may remain free, or we may transition certain features to paid tiers
    • You will have the option to continue using free features (if available) or subscribe to paid features

    • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
