Our refund policy and terms

Refund Policy

Since JDWatch provides digital data services (Data-as-a-Service), we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has started. The nature of digital products means that access is granted immediately upon payment.

However, we value our customers and will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or duplicated.
  • Technical Failures: If verified technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing Pro features for more than 48 consecutive hours.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or the payment portal to prevent future billings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
