岗位职责

职位描述

1.分析运营绩效，通过分析找出问题的根本原因并制定改进计划，支持团队达成每日、每周、每月和每季度的KPI目标；

2.分析预测差异的根本原因，优化销量预测方法；

3.跟踪招聘计划，确保人效达到服务水平和效率目标预期，控制风险，并持续优化人力计划；

4.与调度员合作，改进和优化人力安排流程及效率；

5.优化相关报告流程及数据可用性。

1.Analyzing operational performance and support team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI goals by finding root cause and establish improvement plans;

2.Analyzing root cause of forecast variance, improve volume forecast methodology;

3.Track hiring initiatives to ensure Service Level and efficiency achievement, control risks, and foster ongoing optimization;

4.Work with scheduler, forecaster to improve and optimize workforce process and efficiency;

5.Improve reporting processes and data availability.

任职资格

1.具备较强的数据分析能力，包括趋势预测分析和KPI分析，注重细节；

2.熟练掌握SQL、Python等编程技能；

3.有上进心，主动进取，具备快速学习和应用新知识的能力；

4.具备独立处理多线程任务能力，并能合理安排工作优先级。

1.Strong analytical skills, including trend analysis and KPI analysis, detail oriented;

2.Proficiency in SQL and Python programming skills;

3.Self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information quickly, work independently and take initiative;

4.Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, problem solve, handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities;

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prefer candidates who have customer service experience and are familiar with customer service processes;

2. Project management experience with good practice and methodologies;

3. Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure office environment
