岗位职责

职位描述

负责 Google、Tripadvisor 等海外 Metasearch 媒体合作伙伴的产品对接，挖掘流量获取和产品创新机会，推动需求落地并沉淀为标准化产品功能。

负责海外酒店广告 API 产品的规划与迭代，定义媒体合作伙伴 API 对接方案，推动流量接入及广告业务能力建设。

负责资源投放平台及自动竞价系统建设，通过投放策略、系统能力及调控机制优化，实现投放自动化并持续提升投放效果；与业务、算法及研发团队协作，推动算法能力在自动化出价场景中的应用。

关注产品功能的稳定性和日常表现，与产品运营团队、业务团队、研发团队等紧密配合，定期巡检并协助推动问题的发现和排障。

任职资格

本科及以上学历，3 年以上互联网产品经验，有广告投放、API 等相关产品经验者优先；有海外媒体对接经验者优先。

英语可作为工作语言，能够独立与海外合作伙伴进行日常沟通和项目对接。

具备较强的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能够基于数据发现问题、定位原因，并推动产品持续优化。

具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能够推动业务、运营、研发等多方达成共识并推动项目落地。

Job Description

Responsible for product integration with overseas Metasearch media partners including Google and Tripadvisor; identify traffic acquisition and product innovation opportunities, drive demand implementation, and standardize into productized features.

Lead planning and iteration of overseas hotel advertising API products; define API integration solutions for media partners, drive traffic onboarding, and build advertising business capabilities.

Own the development of resource allocation platforms and automated bidding systems; optimize through bidding strategies, system capabilities, and control mechanisms to achieve automation and continuously improve performance; collaborate with business, algorithm, and engineering teams to drive algorithm application in automated bidding scenarios.

Monitor product stability and daily performance; work closely with product operations, business, and engineering teams; conduct regular inspections and facilitate issue identification and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of internet product experience; experience in advertising, API, or related products preferred; overseas media integration experience preferred.

English proficiency as a working language; capable of independent daily communication and project coordination with overseas partners.

Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills; ability to identify issues, root cause, and drive continuous product optimization based on data.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; capable of aligning business, operations, engineering, and other stakeholders to drive project delivery.
