岗位职责

职位描述

1.负责行程规划产品相关的后端开发工作，参与产品需求分析和技术方案设计；

2.开发和维护高质量、高性能的后端系统，保证系统的稳定性和可扩展性；

3.负责系统的架构设计和核心模块的开发，优化系统性能和代码质量；

4.解决系统中出现的问题和瓶颈，提供有效的解决方案。

任职资格

1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有互联网行业工作经验，3年以上Java后端开发经验，有C端经验优先；

2.精通Java编程语言。熟练掌握MySQL、Redis、Es等数据库，具备数据库设计和系统优化能力；

3.熟悉消息中间件，有大模型对接经验优先；

4.具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，有一定的工作承压能力；逻辑思维能力强，具备快速学习和问题解决能力；

5.具备强烈的责任心和自驱力，对新技术有强烈的好奇心、渴望和敏锐的洞察力。

Job Description

Responsible for back-end development related to itinerary planning products, and participate in product requirement analysis and technical solution design.

Develop and maintain high-quality, high-performance back-end systems to ensure system stability and scalability.

Undertake system architecture design and development of core modules, and optimize system performance and code quality.

Troubleshoot problems and bottlenecks in the system, and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related majors, with work experience in the Internet industry, more than 3 years of Java back-end development experience, and priority given to candidates with C-end product experience.

Proficient in Java programming language. Skilled in databases such as MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch (Es), with database design and system optimization capabilities.

Familiar with message middleware, and priority given to candidates with experience in integrating large models.

Possess good teamwork spirit and communication skills, as well as a certain ability to work under pressure. Strong logical thinking ability, with rapid learning and problem-solving capabilities.

Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, along with a keen curiosity, desire, and insight into new technologies.
