岗位职责

  1. 服务基础设施规划与交付 根据 IT 架构技术标准和建设规范，负责新开业务 IT 基础设施的本地化规划、测试验证及落地实施；推动设备选型、采购执行、到货验收和上线交付，保障建设质量、成本和交付周期。

  2. 本地化 IT 解决方案支持 制定并实施本地化 IT 基础设施解决方案，覆盖办公网络、机房/弱电间、终端接入及相关配套系统的建设、维护和运营；能够适配当地办公环境、合规要求和业务发展需要。负责本地 IT 系统集成建设，确保技术方案、安全要求及运维规范在当地有效实施；结合现场条件、供应商能力及业务需求，持续优化建设方案、交付质量和实施效率。

  3. 新产品设计 结合海外业务发展的实际需求，识别 IT 基础设施、现场服务和智能化运维中的新需求与痛点；负责新产品、新服务能力的方案设计、试点验证和规模化推广。包括需求调研、用户旅程梳理、技术方案评估、MVP试点、上线验收、效果复盘及持续迭代，推动成熟方案沉淀为可标准化、可复制的全球交付能力。

  4. AI Native 运维与智能化建设 结合 AI 能力推动基础设施运维模式升级，探索并落地 AI 在网络告警分析、故障定位、知识库、工单处理、配置核查、容量趋势分析等IT场景中的应用，提升问题响应效率和服务稳定性。

  5. IT Infrastructure Planning and Delivery Based on IT architecture standards and construction guidelines, lead the localized planning, testing, validation, and implementation of IT infrastructure for new business launches. Drive equipment selection, procurement execution, delivery acceptance, and go-live handover, ensuring delivery quality, cost control, and project timelines.

  6. Localized IT Solutions and System Integration Develop and implement localized IT infrastructure solutions covering office networks, server rooms/telecom rooms, end-user connectivity, and supporting systems, ensuring alignment with local office environments, regulatory requirements, and business needs. Lead local IT system integration to ensure that technical solutions, security requirements, and operational standards are effectively implemented. Continuously optimize solution design, delivery quality, and implementation efficiency by considering site conditions, vendor capabilities, and business requirements.

  7. New Product and Service Design Identify emerging needs and pain points across IT infrastructure, onsite services, and intelligent operations based on the evolving requirements of overseas businesses. Design, pilot, validate, and scale new products and service capabilities. Responsibilities include requirements research, user journey mapping, technical solution assessment, MVP pilots, go-live acceptance, performance reviews, and continuous iteration. Mature solutions should be standardized into scalable and repeatable global delivery capabilities.

  8. AI-Native Operations and Intelligent Infrastructure Leverage AI capabilities to upgrade the IT infrastructure operations model. Explore and implement AI use cases across IT scenarios, including network alert analysis, fault diagnosis, knowledge management, ticket processing, configuration compliance checks, and capacity trend analysis, in order to improve incident response efficiency and service reliability.

任职要求

  1. 计算机科学、信息技术、通信工程、网络工程或相关工程类专业，本科及以上学历。

  2. 具备3 年及以上企业 IT 服务建设、网络、机房建设、系统集成或服务运维相关经验；有出海项目经验者优先。

  3. 熟悉企业级弱电及网络架构、网络设备部署及运维管理，掌握交换、路由、无线网络、网络安全知识。

  4. 对 AI 技术及其在 IT 运维领域的应用有较强兴趣和实践意识，能够合理使用 AI 工具辅助进行日志分析、告警归因、故障排查、知识检索、方案撰写和自动化脚本开发。

  5. 具备 IT 解决方案制定和实施经验，能够综合考虑总部标准、现场条件、成本、交付周期及业务需求，推动方案高质量落地。

  6. 具备良好的英文跨文化沟通、项目协调及供应商管理能力，能够与跨区域 IT 团队、当地服务商和业务团队高效协作。

  7. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  8. At least 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT service delivery, network infrastructure, data center/server room construction, system integration, or IT service operations. Experience supporting international expansion or overseas projects is preferred.

  9. Familiarity with enterprise low-voltage systems and network architecture, network device deployment, and operations management. Solid knowledge of switching, routing, wireless networking, and network security is required.

  10. Strong interest in and practical awareness of AI technologies and their application in IT operations. Able to leverage AI tools appropriately to support log analysis, alert correlation and root cause analysis, troubleshooting, knowledge retrieval, solution documentation, and automation script development.

  11. Experience in developing and implementing IT solutions, with the ability to balance headquarters standards, on-site conditions, cost, delivery timelines, and business requirements to drive high-quality solution delivery.

  12. Strong English communication skills in a cross-cultural environment, along with project coordination and vendor management capabilities. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-regional IT teams, local service providers, and business stakeholders.
