9.Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field.

1.Master's Degree or above is preferred.

2.Track record of leading initiatives at team, skill, or site level with measurable impact.

3.Comfortable working in a diverse, cross-functional environment and actively contributing to an inclusive culture.

4.Ability to develop and execute Business Continuity Plans (BCP) under ambiguous or high-pressure situations.

5.Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification is a plus.

6.COPC certification is a plus.

7.Power Query / SQL / Python skill is a plus.
