岗位职责
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for clients, including solution architecture, system integration, implementation, testing, and deployment；
- Design, prototype, and integrate AI Agent solutions for client use cases, including agentic workflows, LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool or API integration；
- Design and implement scalable big data processing solutions for high-volume datasets, including batch and real-time streaming pipelines；
- Conduct technical deep-dive sessions with CTOs, technology leads, and engineering teams, covering SaaS implementation, architecture, performance optimization, security, and compliance；
- Design solutions that integrate multiple enterprise systems, platforms, data sources, and third-party services；
- Develop high-volume, high-performance, low-latency, reliable, and mission-critical applications；
- Write maintainable, robust, secure, and testable code；
- Review code, technical designs, and test cases to ensure engineering quality；
- Introduce processes, solutions, and tools that improve software delivery efficiency, reliability, and quality；
- Collaborate with client, offshore, and cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
任职要求
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. Candidates requiring employment pass sponsorship will not be considered；
- At least 5 years of relevant software engineering, solution architecture, or technical delivery experience；
- Strong Java programming skills, a solid understanding of design patterns, and proficiency in Spring or another mainstream Java framework；
- Hands-on experience designing or developing AI Agent solutions. Experience gained through proofs of concept (PoCs), prototypes, or production projects is acceptable；
- Practical knowledge of AI Agent technologies and patterns, such as LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, and evaluation；
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing and data pipelines, using technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Flink, Hadoop, or equivalent platforms；
- Solid experience in distributed systems architecture and complex system integration；
- Ability to design and deliver scalable, reliable, high-performance solutions tailored to specific client scenarios and requirements；
- Ability to conduct whiteboard architecture reviews and technical workshops with client engineers and technology leaders；
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences；
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with offshore and cross-functional teams, adapt to dynamic environments, and remain resilient under pressure；
- Strong commitment to engineering quality, continuous improvement, and positive team collaboration；
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and onsite support when required；
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous when engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders."""
