APAC Hotel Chains Operation Intern(MJ036280)

岗位职责

Responsibilities:

1. Perform clerical tasks, including data research, verification, and analysis, while maintaining organized files, and conducting web searching to ensure parity across major digital platforms and hotel websites.

2. Assist in the preparation of information and research material to uphold rate parity and enhance the quality of hotel content on the Trip.com platform; develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations summarizing findings, including regular communication with superiors and global chain key account managers on their evaluation.

3. Conduct Rate Plan / Room Type audits for designated hotels / hotel chains.

4. Perform Hotel foundation analysis as required.

5. Document and summarize all research activities effectively.

6. Manage databases by inputting information, data, and records accurately.

7. Conduct thorough research and cross-check all data employing logical thinking, followed by reporting and presenting findings to supervisors.

8. Collaborate with supervisors to ensure the completion of job tasks.

9. Address additional ad-hoc requests and operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

1. Proficient in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and web search.

2. Detail-oriented with strong capacity for rapid learning.

3. Positive attitude and logical thinking abilities

4. Highly committed to achieving goals and targets

5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

6. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

7. Good presentation and inter-personal skills.
