岗位职责

Job Responsibility:

Operational Support:

• Support day-to-day business operations, addressing any issues that arise.

• Collaborate with global airline team to achieve sales objectives.

• Monitor and track market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact our business operations in international markets.

Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business improvements.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with airline partners. Ensure high quality of customer service to be offered.

• 与全球航司团队合作，实现销售目标。

• 监测和追踪可能影响我们在国际市场的业务运营的市场趋势、行业发展和变化。

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Korean listening, speaking, reading, and writing are essential.

• Good Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• 1-2 years of experience in airline/travel industry will be preferred.
