Develop and optimize full lifecycle subsidy strategies and business targets based on local market needs, ensuring effective implementation across regions.

Maintain close communication with regional teams to ensure strategy and information alignment; provide support for local execution and problem resolution.

Build and refine data monitoring systems; track key operational and subsidy metrics in real time; analyze performance and drive optimization.

Collaborate with relevant headquarters departments to implement subsidy tools/models; manage and allocate subsidy budgets to support business objectives.

Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends; regularly conduct benchmarking analyses; drive innovation and upgrades in subsidy systems.

任职资格

Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of experience in subsidy strategy or refined operations in internet, e-commerce platforms; international business experience preferred.

Proficient in data monitoring and analysis, with the ability to evaluate and optimize strategies across multiple markets.

Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with international teams.

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities; results-oriented and highly self-driven.

Innovative mindset and keen industry awareness, with the ability to continually improve and upgrade subsidy systems.
