职位描述

  1. 负责阿里国际AIDC团队商品理解方向的AI应用系统全流程研发,包括商品信息结构化、属性抽取、类目预测、多模态商品表征等核心能力建设,覆盖架构设计、工程实现、系统部署及迭代优化。

  2. 参与从0到1构建高可用、高性能的商品智能理解平台与技术中台,支持AE、Lazada等国际化电商平台的商品治理与搜索推荐场景,持续优化系统架构的可扩展性与服务稳定性。

  3. 结合业务需求,设计并实现端到端的AI解决方案,包括大模型Agent应用的落地实施,推动算法模型在工程侧的高效部署与迭代优化,实现AI能力在商业化场景的价值转化。

  4. 与算法、产品、数据、运营及业务团队紧密协作,深入理解商品理解域相关的问题,共同完成复杂项目的技术方案设计与实施,持续提升系统准确性、覆盖率与实时性。

  5. 关注业界前沿技术,探索大模型、多模态学习、Agent等技术在商品理解领域的落地应用,参与技术决策并推动关键技术预研,驱动技术创新与业务价值转化。

  6. Responsible for end-to-end development of AI application systems in the product understanding domain within Alibaba International (AIDC) team, including core capabilities such as product information structuring, attribute extraction, category prediction, and multimodal product representation, covering architecture design, engineering implementation, system deployment, and iterative optimization.

  7. Participate in building a highly available, high-performance intelligent product understanding platform and shared technology platform from scratch, supporting product governance, search, and recommendation scenarios across international e-commerce platforms such as AliExpress and Lazada, while continuously improving system scalability and service stability.

  8. Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions based on business needs, including the implementation of LLM-based Agent applications, driving efficient deployment and iterative optimization of algorithmic models on the engineering side to realize business value in commercial scenarios.

  9. Collaborate closely with algorithm, product, data, operations, and business teams to deeply understand challenges in the product understanding domain, jointly complete technical solution design and implementation for complex projects, and continuously enhance system accuracy, coverage, and real-time performance.

  10. Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies, explore the practical application of large models, multimodal learning, and Agent technologies in product understanding, participate in technical decision-making and key technology pre-research, and drive technological innovation and business value realization.

任职要求

  1. 本科及以上学历,计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、数学或相关专业。

  2. 2年以上软件研发经验,具备扎实的编程能力(Python/Java/C++至少一种),具备数据库设计与开发经验(如MySQL、MongoDB等),有一定复杂项目经验;了解机器学习基础及主流深度学习框架者优先。

  3. 对AI有深入认知,掌握LLM核心原理及实践方法,熟悉Agent框架设计逻辑,在RAG、Prompt工程、向量化技术等应用层具备技术落地能力。

  4. 有商品理解、信息抽取、NLP或多模态项目经验者优先,熟悉电商领域数据特点和业务逻辑。

  5. 具备良好的系统设计能力和工程落地经验,能独立完成模块设计、开发与性能调优。

  6. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

  7. 2+ years of software development experience, with solid programming skills (proficient in at least one of Python, Java, or C++), hands-on experience in database design and development (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), and experience with complex projects; basic knowledge of machine learning and mainstream deep learning frameworks is a plus.

  8. Deep understanding of AI, with mastery of LLM core principles and practical methods, familiarity with Agent framework design logic, and hands-on implementation capability in application-layer technologies such as RAG, prompt engineering, and vectorization.

  9. Prior experience in product understanding, information extraction, NLP, or multimodal projects is preferred, along with familiarity with e-commerce data characteristics and business logic.

  10. Strong system design capability and hands-on engineering experience, able to independently complete module design, development, and performance optimization.
