Job Overview
Responsible for partnership development and full-lifecycle account management for overseas alternative accommodation partners (including homestays, apartments, and other non-standard accommodation properties). Through multi-channel online engagement, partner relationship management, and operational support, drive partner onboarding, activation, and business growth, while continuously improving the quality and performance of overseas alternative accommodation supply.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage overseas alternative accommodation partners through multiple online channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, Email, and online communities, to identify partnership opportunities.
Manage the full partnership journey from initial contact, business negotiation, and onboarding to successful launch.
Develop tailored communication strategies based on different partner profiles to improve conversion efficiency.
Build long-term relationships with accommodation partners and drive supply growth on the platform.
Support partners throughout the onboarding process, including document submission, property setup, rate and inventory configuration, and content optimization.
Resolve partner-related operational issues, including booking, inventory, pricing, payment, and property information management.
Provide guidance on platform rules and basic operational practices to help partners successfully launch and operate on the platform.
Continuously monitor partner performance and identify key factors impacting property performance and booking volume.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve partner performance, such as pricing optimization, inventory management, and property content enhancement.
Maintain strong relationships with key partners to improve engagement, booking performance, and partnership depth.
Identify high-potential partners and drive further business growth opportunities.
Achieve team targets related to partner outreach, conversion, onboarding, activation, and business performance.
Manage partner pipelines and conversion funnels, continuously optimizing engagement strategies and operational efficiency.
Collect partner feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve procedures, products, and operational tools.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to conduct daily business conversations in English.
Strong communication skills, business awareness, and customer-oriented mindset.
Able to adapt to overseas market operating hours and work flexible schedules based on business time zones.
Professional Experience
Experience in hospitality, travel, or OTA platforms.
Experience in hotel business development, Account Management, partner operations, supplier operations, or related roles.
Experience in B2B customer success, business development, or partner relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing overseas hotels, homestays, apartments, or other alternative accommodation businesses.
Familiarity with OTA ecosystem, including hotel onboarding, inventory management, pricing strategies, and booking operations.
Experience with partner acquisition in European or American markets.
Experience using WhatsApp, Email, online communities, or other digital channels for partner engagement.
Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or scalable partner management operations.
