岗位职责

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the interaction design and user research of international travel content products .

2. Apply various design methods , offer new insights and initiate projects based on business and user needs, and optimize designs using data analysis.

3. Independently manage design projects and maintain efficient communication with stakeholders.

4. Collaborate with the team to elevate the team's overall international design capabilities.

Qualifications：

1. Design background with a bachelor's degree or higher.

2. 2+ years of experience in international projects , proficient in English, with a global perspective and strong insight into design trends.

3. Excellent product thinking ability and data analysis ability.

4. Strong collaboration and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in various design software, such as Sketch/Figma, etc.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Billingual language skills (English&Chinese)

2. Work experience in OTA or content industry

3. Experience in video production
