岗位职责

职位描述

1、支持客户服务项目相关的算法工作，如：知识问答、知识图谱、信息提取、文本分类等

2、支持营销相关的算法工作，如因果推断、转化率预测等

任职资格

1、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业硕士及以上学历；

2、两年以上数据挖掘相关工作经验，有大量数据搜集、整理分析与推断预测经验；

3、熟悉大模型相关技术，包括训练、微调、评估、优化及产品应用经验;

4、熟悉自然语言处理技术、深度神经网络及机器学习技术;

5、具备AIGC应用交付经验，例如知识库问答、信息提取等；熟悉AIGC在场景应用的全流程；

6、优秀的python编程能力和算法知识，熟练掌握至少1种深度学习框架，精通主流语言的大模型原理、架构和性能分析；

7、具有良好的沟通协作能力，能承受高强度的工作压力。

Job Description

Support algorithmic work related to customer service projects, such as knowledge-based Q&A, knowledge graphs, information extraction, text classification, etc.

Support algorithm-related marketing work, such as causal inference, conversion rate prediction, etc.

Qualifications

Master's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least two years of experience in data mining, with extensive experience in data collection, collation, analysis, inference, and prediction.

Familiar with large model-related technologies, including experience in training, fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, and product application.

Proficient in natural language processing techniques, deep neural networks, and machine learning technologies.

Experience in AIGC application delivery, such as knowledge base Q&A, information extraction, etc.; familiar with the end-to-end process of AIGC in scenario-based applications.

Excellent Python programming skills and algorithmic knowledge, proficient in at least one deep learning framework, architecture, and performance analysis of mainstream large language models.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
