Courier Operation Intern

岗位职责

Responsibilities:

1. Support the team in exploring how AI can be applied to improve daily workflows and operational efficiency.

2. Assist with testing AI tools, summarizing findings, and supporting the team in simplifying selected manual processes through AI-enabled solutions.

3. Assist in analyzing operational data related to courier activities and tiered benefit systems, and deliver analytical reports.

4. Build and maintain core business metric dashboards to track operational effectiveness and courier behavior changes.

5. Participate in A/B test design, monitor experimental data, and support impact evaluation and study any room for improvement by AI

任职要求

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other related disciplines.

2. Strong interest in AI applications, process improvement, and digital tools, with willingness to learn and explore new technologies.

3. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

4. Proficient in SQL, sensitive to data, and familiar with basic data analysis and visualization tools.

5. Available to commit to the internship for at least 4 days per week, lasting for 3 months or more.
